The point to consider is both “Discretionary Stamps” were introduced in 2017. Neither of these programs should expire. The Alzheimer’s stamp was released in 2017 and the Healing PTSD Stamp was released in 2019. It took a decade to get them approved to begin with, that is why we have to work on this right now!
